Registry Process:

- Visitor registry starts by making a programmed visit, or at the time he or she arrives to the organization.
- Basic visitor data is taken by adding it manually or by making the use of bar code readers which scan the ID code of the visitor into the system.
- A biometric USB scanner is used to add fingerprints and a visitor picture is taken with the use of a computer connected camera.
- In the case that the visit has been programmed, the visitor will have the option of using the auto registry kiosks to validate their visit.
- Photographic capture and biometric data will be made.
- Authorization is sent to the access devices where they will be validated through fingerprint, card, facial recognition, eye, vein or hand palm which will give access to the organization.
Registration Process:

1. Visitor´s registration begins when a scheduling a visit or at the moment they arrive to the organization.
2. Basic visitor´s data is uploaded manually or using a bar code reader which scan the visitor´s ID and uploads data into the system.
3. A biometric USB scanner is used to add fingerprints and a visitor´s picture is taken with a camera connected to the computer.
4. If the visit has been scheduled, the guests will have the option to use the self-registration kiosks to validate their visit.
5. Photographic and biometric data capture will be carried out.
6. Authorization is sent to the access devices where it will be confirmed through fingerprint, card, facial, eye, veins or palm recognition which will grant access to the organization.

The software generates reports to analyze all the gathered information through devices connected to the platform.

Management and Event Control
MIG has a platform that simplifies event control, from which you can manage all notifications, schedule events and apply actions related to visitors control and devices, it also:
- Generates alerts about user login, blocked users and password changes.
- Send notifications when creating new visits.
- Receive notifications about changes made when creating or closing unexpected or scheduled visits.
- Sending notifications when activating or deactivating workstations or computers from which visitors´ registration process will be carried out.
- It allows status monitoring of devices registered on the platform.
- Schedule reports sending at specific times to specific people.
